My Experience

As well as my private practice, I have worked as an adult and young person counsellor and group therapy facilitator within local charities that support clients who have wished to explore areas such as: childhood, adolescent and adult trauma, anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, domestic abuse, sexual violence, sexuality, gender identity, autism, physical health problems, stress, anger management, boundaries, grief, low self-esteem and relationships.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), have Professional Liability Insurance and an Enhanced DBS check.

I am dedicated to continuous personal and professional development to inform and enhance my practice. As well as my counselling qualifications and necessary training around safeguarding, equality and diversity and data handling, I also have Certificates of Professional Development (CPD) in:
