If you decide, after our initial session, that you would like to go ahead with counselling we would aim to meet once a week, on the same day, at the same time. However if this is not possible then I have some flexibility.
Sessions are paid for via bank transfer 24 hours in advance. Sessions can be cancelled as long as 24 hours notice is given, otherwise the missed session will be charged at the full rate.

Initial 30 Minute Session
- This gives you the opportunity to see if therapy is for you and whether you would like to continue working together.
Individual 50 Minute Session
- After our initial session all other sessions are charged at £40.
- Some concessions may be available on request for those on a low income.
Block of Six Sessions
- If you purchase a block of 6 sessions a discount of £20 is applied.
I provide sessions on Mondays, until 6pm, Tuesday until 3pm and on Wednesdays and Thursdays until 8pm. I do not provide sessions on Fridays or weekends.
