My Experience

I have been running my own private practice for over three years and before this worked within charities where I have provided individual counselling and group therapy.

I support clients who wish to explore a range of areas such as: anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, sexuality, gender identity, autism, ADHD, physical health problems, stress, anger management, boundaries, grief, low self-esteem, relationships and much more…

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), have Professional Liability Insurance and an Enhanced DBS check.

I am dedicated to continuous personal and professional development to inform and enhance my practice. As well as my counselling qualifications and necessary training around safeguarding, equality and diversity and data handling, I also have a variety of Certificates of Professional Development (CPD) in the following areas:

  • Queer experiencing
  • Using creativity as a therapeutic technique
  • Running a private practice
  • Trauma
  • Relationship counselling

I support more structured forms of CDP with reading, listening to podcasts, watching documentaries, self-reflection, supervision, peer discussions, travelling, self-care, writing and being creative.
